Geoff understands how the healthcare hiring market is changing and evolving at a rapid rate. This could create talent shortages and hiring challenges for the foreseeable future.
He has an extensive background in executive recruitment, having established 3 different businesses. His approach to executive recruitment and search is founded on several basic principles: knowledge gained through specialization, being relevant to both clients and candidates, and delivering outcomes quickly and efficiently.
He began his recruitment career in Perth in the early 1980s. In 1989, Geoff moved to Sydney and at Morgan and Banks specialized in recruiting for accounting and finance. He then spent two years in London, further developing his skills in this field. He returned to Sydney in 1994 and specialized in marketing, advertising, and marketing communications.
Career Medical was formed in 2012 and Geoff is the Managing Director. He has also established another business, Curran + Associates which commenced in 1998. In 2009, he started a business in the Philippines, this time focused on executive appointments to the BPO sector. In 2014, it became what is now known as Curran Daly & Associates.
Shivli Bhatnagar is a Recruitment Consultant at Career Medical Recruitment, leading client and talent acquisition efforts for the healthcare organizations in Australia. She successfully manages executive recruitment assignments across Hospital Administration, Health Information, Home Care, Community and Aged Care, Research, Healthcare services, and Health Tech.
With a degree in Science Biology and a Postgraduate Diploma in HR management, Shivli holds over 8 years of experience in the talent search domain helping organizations build up high performing leadership teams.
Shivli is a lead go-to person on recruiting efforts for all retained and executive level searches. She works diligently on these positions, from acquiring them to building a strategy to fill them. Shivli has been a very successful full-cycle recruiter and key account manager.
Shivli’s skillful recruiting for the healthcare industry has allowed her to develop an amazing network of talent, which has, in turn, benefited her clients. Customer service is of great importance to her, and she is also extremely detail oriented.
